Based on preset rules defined in the program setup, PCC intervenes and switches the drug. Drug Switch can be from Brand to Generic, Generic to Generic and Brand to Brand. PCC helps the patients to be compliant with medication by making refill reminders and non-compliant contacts. Contacts can be made through phone or letter. Users also conduct phone surveys.
